I use the details you provide to organise your shoot, contact you, prepare the work and handle invoicing.

Details collected

The booking form collects your name, phone number and email, the property address, appointment and package selections, billing details and any access notes. You may also provide owner or tenant contact details where needed to arrange access. Please share only what is necessary and make sure you have permission to provide someone else’s details.

How booking details are handled

The website uses Netlify to host the site and store booking records, Web3Forms to deliver booking notifications, Resend to send booking emails and Google Calendar to manage appointments. Relevant details pass through these services to provide those functions. Service providers may process information outside Australia.

I use email, file-delivery services and Hnry as needed to deliver your work and manage invoices. Relevant contact, property and billing details may be shared with these services, and with the owner or appointed agent involved in your job. Where an editing or Floor Plan provider is needed, I share the material required for that work.

Records and your choices

Booking, correspondence and billing records are used for your job and business administration. Some records may need to be retained for accounting or other obligations. Please avoid including passwords, payment card details or unrelated sensitive information in the form.

You can contact me to ask about information held for your booking, request a correction or raise a privacy concern. I’ll consider requests to remove information, including any records that still need to be retained.

This notice covers booking administration. Providing your details does not authorise unrelated promotional use of personal or property information.
