Terms of Service

These terms explain how I handle real estate photography bookings at Dan Jones Photography. Any specific scope, price or arrangements we agree in writing also form part of your booking.

Your booking request

Submitting the form requests an appointment. I’ll confirm availability, the work included and your final price before the booking is agreed. The estimate and an automated acknowledgement are not final confirmation.

Packages and additional work

• Basic Photoshoot: 10–18 edited property photos, without a Floor Plan, for $270.
• Photo & Floor Plan Package: up to 18 edited HDR property photos and a measured Floor Plan, for $360.
• Photo, Floor Plan & Video Package: up to 18 edited HDR property photos, a measured Floor Plan and an edited Video Walkthrough, from $540.
• Commercial Property: up to 18 edited property photos, without a Floor Plan, for $360.

Additional property photos are $20 each, only by prior agreement. Drone Photography is charged separately and its images do not reduce the property photo allowance. Selecting the video package includes the Video Walkthrough; it is not charged again as an add-on.

Drone Photography is $135 with a photo package. Standalone Drone Photography is quoted separately at $225. Twilight Shoot is $135 and uses an available sunset-based appointment. Digital day-to-twilight conversion is not offered in this booking form. Virtual Furniture is $40 per agreed image. Kambalda / Coolgardie travel adds $90, with extra time reserved automatically.

Social Media Pack is $150 and includes a 30-second vertical reel, branded cover and 5 social-ready images from the shoot. Agent Introduction is $75 for up to 15 seconds of introduction/outro with captions and contact details in your booked video; it requires a Video Walkthrough or Social Media Pack.

Same-Day Delivery is $100 for photos only, or $200 when your booking includes video (including Social Media Pack). It is subject to availability and my confirmation of the deadline. Floor Plans and Virtual Furniture retain their normal turnaround. Selecting this option requests priority delivery; it does not guarantee availability before I confirm your booking.

Property size and Floor Plans

The $90 Floor Plan component is included in packages containing a Floor Plan. Plans over 690m² may attract $45 per additional 230m². Before you agree to an additional fee, I’ll confirm the area being measured, which buildings and spaces count, how any partial block is treated and the exact amount. Larger properties and multi-storey homes may need an individual quote. No size surcharge is added automatically.

Floor Plans are a marketing aid. Please check the supplied plan and let me know about errors; obtain appropriate professional measurements where precise dimensions are needed for construction or other technical decisions.

Access, preparation and weather

Please arrange permission to access and photograph the property, coordinate with occupants and make sure it is ready at the agreed time. If you book for someone else, confirm you are authorised to arrange the shoot and provide their details.

If access, weather or safe operating conditions affect the work, I’ll contact you to discuss another time or an alternative. Drone flights depend on safe conditions and applicable flight restrictions.

Changes and cancellations

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Any cancellation, return-visit or other fee must be disclosed and agreed as part of your booking; this page does not impose a fixed cancellation fee.

Delivery, payment and use

I’ll confirm your deliverables and delivery timing with you. Let me know if you need a particular deadline. Virtual Furniture and other alterations will be identified so you can present the property accurately.

Please identify the person or agency paying and their billing email. Payment is due on the date shown on your invoice, subject to any payment terms we agree in writing. I’ll confirm additional work and its price before proceeding.

The intended use is marketing the photographed property by the owner and their appointed agent. If you need another use, redistribution or use by another business, please discuss it with me so we can agree the scope in writing.

Your rights and booking information

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If there is a problem with the work, please contact me so I can address it.
